Champagne Details: Veuve Emille 2013
Two thirds of Chardonnay and one third of Pinot Noir make up this remarkable Brut 1er cru with an open and complex nose. Scents of ripe fruits, even candied, grilled notes, floral, biscuit, vanilla and honeyed notes intertwine and extend into a balanced and structured material. The beautiful long and spicy finish gives the penultimate touch of pleasure, the last being to imagine the most suitable dish to accompany it: a wide palette is possible.
To be drunk without further ado to enjoy it with great pleasure.
