Tasting Notes
The racy elegance of a mineral and so precise Chardonnay whose natural balance provides a harmonious model of the best plots of the Côte des Blancs grand crus: Cramant, Chouilly for finesse, Avize for power and Mesnil-sur-Oger for structure and longevity.
At the eye
Crystalline visual aspect of a pale gold color with delicate reflections marked by a nuanced patina of yellow and green. A persistent, fascinating and luminous effervescence.
At nose
The first expression is signed by an elegant, perfect and complex maturity, yellow fruits and citrus fruits (candied mandarin, limoncello, conference pear). An aromatic profile of racy purity with a balanced and crystalline chalky character (cedar and raw butter).
In mouth
A creamy tactile sensation with a beautiful chiselled finesse. Nice refreshing balance with natural flavors (citron zest, almond biscuit and white pepper). This powerful wine with majestic typicity extends its finish towards an aromatic persistence of incredible length (sweet citrus flesh, cardamom and vanilla cabbage).
Tasting
The unique dimension of a great pure and intense Blanc de Blancs, with an uprightness perfectly associated with its low dosage. Its potential and its balance express a remarkable finesse worthy of the finest taste pairings (whole Corrèze veal sweetbreads in a casserole dish, creamy shellfish risotto).
