Vinification: The Cuvée Léonie Brut is made from a blend of grapes of great nobility with 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier and 25% Chardonnay. It benefits from a significant contribution of reserve wines (25%). The dosage of the Cuvée Léonie Brut is around 10 g / liter and benefits from a three-year aging in the cellar. “The Cuvées Léonie are exceptional champagnes. Characteristics: Canard-Duchêne combines a unique origin, history and style. The house has been located since 1868 in Ludes, in the Montagne de Reims natural park, nobility of Champagne. Its founders, Victor Canard and Léonie Duchêne, figures of the Champagne region, were recognized by the Imperial House of Russia worthy of displaying its coat of arms. The crowned double-headed eagle, emblem of the Russian imperial family, has thus adorned all the labels of the Canard-Duchêne brand since the end of the 19th century.
