To give birth to this wine, François Mitjaville invites ten hectares from a clay-limestone soil. The vineyard is made up of a few plots of very old vines, with an average age of over 45 years, with 3 quarters of Merlot, a fifth of Sauvignon and a twentieth of Malbec. After manual harvesting, the vinification is precise, fragmented and very careful, with aging in French oak barrels. A marvel to discover without delay despite the barrier of its price.
