The Brut Croix Rouge expresses the "De Castellane style", a subtle marriage of class and pleasure. It is a reflection of the commitment of oenologists to the quality tradition of the House and illustrates their expertise to express, with consistency over the years, the richness and finesse of his style. Balanced blend of three grape varieties Champagne (chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier), its regularity is guaranteed by the contribution of about 15% of reserve wines. The wines that make it up and aging in the cellar for more than 24 months are the source of its freshness and structure.
