100% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Sézannais from a 2012 harvest with a dosage of 7g.

Eye: Light golden with many fine bubbles twirling to rise to the surface to form a light, fine foam.

Nose: It is mineral with great delicacy and subtlety.

Mouth: Pleasant, flirtatious, lively, cheerful, structured… A real delight.

In summary :

A nice surprise, what a delight, I didn't expect to feel so much emotion with this bottle, it's just grandiose. This 100% Chardonnay Champagne is just at the Top. To be reviewed urgently.
