Havana Club Seleccion rum from Maestros is a rum aged in oak barrels. It is the result of a unique process of elaboration. First, the finest rums are selected. These are then mixed and placed in barrels chosen for their woody aromas. The rum will develop its own character. Finally, perfectly ripe rums will be selected and mixed one last time before being bottled.
Tasting notes:
- Color: Amber with a burst of intense red.
- Nose: Aromas of grilled pecans and spices.
- Mouth: Complex, tasty and full-bodied. Flavors of cocoa, coffee and brown spices.
- Finale: Spicy and smoked oak, mixed with candied fruit.
