Dictador Colombian rum is made from sugar cane juice, partially distilled in copper and other steel stills. This rum is aged for 12 years in old oak barrels using the technique "solera".
Tasting notes:
- Color: Amber with reddish hues.
- Nose: aromas of caramel, honey and oak.
- Mouth: Sweet flavors of caramel, cocoa, honey and a touch of coffee.
- Finale: Slightly woody and persistent.
How to taste it: Preferably pure at room temperature.
