A surprising blend of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay from the Marne Valley with floral notes as well as hints of citrus and summer fruits, very pronounced and evolved. Delicious as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to cold meat and fish.

The cuvée - Tradition combines charm and elegance. Composed mainly of Pinots Meuniers and Pinots Noirs (80%) associated with Chardonnay (20%). After aging for 3 years in the cellar, it is a champagne full of fruit and roundness.
