Champagne Louis Roederer - Blanc de Blancs - vintage 2002 - (75cl)

Yellow color with light green gold highlights. Very dynamic and ultrafine effervescence with a very long cord.

Bouquet of candied citrus (orange, lemon) mixed with sweeter variations of ripe fruit (apple, pear), sweet and honeyed flowers and pastries. After aeration, more caramelized notes are born, typical of Louis Roederer, from the undergrowth of some of the wines of this blend.

In the mouth, this Blanc de Blancs reveals an impressive richness with a material both vinous, round and creamy. The finish, based on a beautiful acidity, gives a perfectly integrated balance in a fleshy material and a concentrated fruit. The sensation is crisp, almost greedy, with fine aromas of ripeness reminiscent of ripe grape juice, hot pastries and slightly roasted characters typical of a ripe Chardonnay.
