Nicolas Feuillatte is a French champagne produced by Maison Nicolas Feuillatte, located in Chouilly, in Champagne. The House was born in 1972 and is today the second largest champagne house in the world. It produces a wide range of champagnes, from brut to vintage, including rosés and blanc de blancs.

Nicolas Feuillatte champagnes are made from grapes from more than 2,500 winegrowers spread over the 17 communes of Champagne. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in the cellars of the House. The champagnes are then aged for at least three years on the lees, which gives them their finesse and aromatic complexity.
