2015 was an exceptional year for Champagne, with a hot, dry summer followed by a mild autumn. These conditions allowed the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes to ripen perfectly, resulting in champagnes of great finesse and great aging potential.

The Pol Roger Brut Millésime 2015 is no exception. This champagne is made from a rigorous selection of grapes from the best Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Blancs. It is then aged for at least 8 years in the cellars of Maison Pol Roger, which gives it great finesse and aromatic complexity.

• Nose: Fine and complex nose, with notes of white fruits (peach, pear), citrus (lime), white flowers (acacia), brioche and sweet spices.
• Palate: Full and round mouth, with a lively attack and a fresh and persistent finish. Notes of white fruits and citrus mingle with notes of brioche, honey and sweet spices to create a harmonious and elegant ensemble.
