The Millésimé 91 from Ramos Pinto comes exclusively from the two quintas, 80% from the Quinta de Ervamoira (grapes with deep maturation and producing the framework of the wine) and 20% from the Quinta do Bom Retiro (giving it the aroma and refinement). Maceration is obtained according to tradition, in lagares in granite.
