Chasse-Spleen 2015 is a Moulis that gains in masculinity this year. However, the wine does not lack any charm. The nose reveals a very light toastiness - which will dissipate at the end of aging - before giving way to an elegant dark fruitiness and a few balsamic notes. The wine gradually settles in the mouth to reveal a beautiful intensity, a structure certainly woody and still a little austere but perfectly supporting the acidulous aromas of wild strawberries. With a good length, the wine is both full in the frame but charming on the finish. Time will prove him right. Wine of good keeping.
