 A whiskey aged for 10 years in Bourbon barrels used a maximum of 2 times and then in Sauterne barrels for a further maturation period.

These very rare casks, used to elaborate white wines of the most prestigious French Castles, give it its velvety and rich golden color.
Nectar is the drink of the gods! 'Gold' means gold in Gaelic.
A "Non Chill-filtered" whiskey, that is to say not purified to preserve its authenticity and a more complete texture to the palate.

 Tasting notes:

 Dress: Honeyed gold

 Nose: The zest of lime and orange, the raisins and the dates bring a rich and fruity aroma of starting spices on accents of coconut and nutmeg.

 Palate: In the mouth, the attack reveals the depth and warmth of ginger, nutmeg and toasted almonds mixed with a hint of syrupy meringue lemon and honey.

 Finale: The finish is long and deliciously sweet with a dominant of lemon zest, white chocolate and vanilla to finish on ginger and nutmeg.
