The latest addition to the Hibiki family, the Japanese Harmony, created by Shinji Fukuyo, a master assembler of Suntory House, is the latest expression of one of the most rewarded Japanese whiskeys in the world. Featuring a powerful sweet, fruity scent, this whiskey delivers all its aromatic power in a round, slightly greasy texture.

Famous throughout the world with its versions aged 12, 17, 21 and 30 years, Hibiki is this time declined in a true Japanese harmony expressing itself through a work of assembly of single malts of Yamazaki and Hakushu And Chita grain whiskeys. The recipe consists of 5 main ingredients; Single malts aged in white American oak, Sherry, Mizunara, smoked malt whiskey produced from peat barley, and to connect the whole grain whiskey.

The Hibiki Japanese Harmony can be tasted dry at room temperature to express its aromatic potential, but it can also be enjoyed in highball (lined with sparkling water and lots of ice) for a typical Japanese tasting experience!
