Produced by the distillery of the same name, Buffalo Trace Straight Bourbon is a famous whisky in the world of connoisseurs. Launched for the first time in 1999, Buffalo Trace was for a long time 45%. This new version at 40% is lighter. Distilled from a mash of rye, corn and barley, it reveals notes of vanilla, caramel, sweet spices and candied fruit. Version freshly emphasizing the usual vanilla and fruity notes of Bourbons, produced by the Buffalo Trace distillery. A lovely Bourbon, without compromise and of a certain complexity, "One of the great whiskies of the world" according to Jim Murray in Whisky Magazine.
