Rijp geel fruit met een zoute toets, wassmaak. Laatste matig lang.

Proefnotities:

Jurk: Golden

Neus: gedroogde bloemen, subtiele toon van was, zout, soepel.

Smaak: Een rijke zoetheid van gedroogd fruit met hints van rook en krachtige gemoute gerste smaken. Peperexplosie in de achterkant van de mond.

Finale: Langdurig, aanzienlijk. Eindigt met een peperige noot.

Maaltijden: ideaal met gerookte gerechten, zeevruchten, gerookte zalm, varkensvlees.
